Love the Reuben and salad comb. They switched to gross ice cream so likely won't be going back anytime soon!

Awesome salad bar.

Had dinner with a few friends this past Sunday night around 5 pm. The restaurant was clean, not crowded or loud, and the food was good. I had the potato soup with bacon and cheese and the lite club sandwich, which was the special of the day. The man who was cleaning our table was especially friendly. He offered us ice cream but my party didn't understand that it was free. The woman who brought our food was very pleasant and kind as well. The only blemish on the evening was the cashier. He seemed like he was bored and didn't want to be bothered. Maybe he was having a bad day, but everyone in my party agreed that he had an attitude. Despite that, we had a good time and will come back.

Me and my Husband had been to Jason's Deli. But I had to call and talk to the manager. He did offer a Re-do. So we gave them a try. And I'm glad we went back. The whole team was awesome, they were laughing, smiling, willing to help in any way they could. The food was perfect. The meat on it was so piled I had to open my sandwich and move the meat around, I couldn't open my mouth to get a bite. But OMG that tastes mm good. Took over 40 minutes for us to get two bowls of soup, a kid's ham sandwich, and a kid's pizza. It is the worst experience we have had at a Jason's deli.

Food is great and customer service. Go there for beef stew and the sandwiches.

Salad bar and the ginger muffins were awesome. My turkey sandwich was ok. Will definitely come back for salad

Great place to eat. Great food, pricey though. The cranberry Walnut cookies are my favorite. There tomato basil soup is good too. I would recommend it, you'll go back again.

Great spot for lunch. Although pretty busy, we were able to order and receive our food fairly quick. Two half sandwich’s, with soup, chip, and fountain drink cost $24, which I thought was a fair price.Soup and sandwiches were good and there is plenty of space to eat-in.

Quickly prepared, always satisfied, and very helpful with large carry out orders! Long time fan and will definitely return. Love the Reuben and fresh salad bar!!

Really wonderful salad bar with extra goodies too. Large place, roomy. Not overly load so you can talk to someone at your table!! My 1st time there, but cant wait to go back!!!

Great soups and salad bar, humongous sandwiches. Fresh, natural ingredients with no preservatives. Finish off with an ice cream cone. Clean and Latex free. Everyone can find something they like here.

It was a very neat and clean place, the service was wonderful and I would have rated it better if the quality of the food was better... the sandwich I got was amazing but the salad bar was anything but. It lacked in variety of options and I probably won’t get it again.

Salad bar was loaded with fresh options. Delicious! Had a steak sandwich and the steak was very tender.

One trip salad bar deal is great if you can pile it on. Use dressing and potato salad as the mortar and cucumbers, carrots, broccoli as the bricks

I ate a sandwich that had mustard so strong I believe the horseradish could have pulled my car. They were busy today, but the food came quickly. I was glad, because I was hungry. I drank Jason's Deli brand water and it was satisfying.

Best French Dip sandwich I've ever had! Cant wait to go again. Only wish there were one closer to where I live.

It's been awhile since I have eaten Jason's Deli and it will be awhile before I eat it again. I ordered a simple chicken club salad and they couldn't even get that right. My first order was wrong, so they comp me a new one. I get home to eat that and realize it's wrong again. How do you get an order wrong twice. The first time they forgot my bacon and cheese and now they forget the most important ingredient... THE CHICKEN. I will not be ordering from them for awhile I don't understand why my salad order is so hard to make.Thank you to the manager for making sure that 3rd time was the charm with my order I made today 1/8/20. My food and my coworkers food came correct and I greatly appreciate him going the extra mile. THANK YOU. I can officially change my star rating from a 1 star to a 4 stars.

This was my first trip to Jason's this year . As always the service was great . If you love sandwiches and sub"s this the place . There is plenty of seating and you are welcome to move chairs and tables for large parties. After you order you are issued a number because they bring your order to your table. A salad bar is available. There is free ice cream cones or cup.

Very pleased with the salad bar and soup choices. Enjoyed a nice healthy lunch.

We love the salad bar with all its options and dressings. The free ice cream cones are a nice touch. The sandwiches are great also. Next time I want to try the humongous stuffed baked potatoes they offer, the looked so good on someone's plate the last time we were there.

It's been hit or miss in the last 6 months. The quality of the food has varied between great and meh. We've had the wrong order sent to us more than once in the same visit. Just today the potato soup was barely warm and the person at the resister talked is into getting the manager's special but still charged us for what we originally asked for. This place used to be a regular stop for us for lunch and dinner but we don't plan on going back for a while after what we went through tonight. The kitchen staff have also been loud and disturbing the last two times we were there for dinner. It is expensive for what you get. One manager's special and one half sandwich with fruit and just water to drink was over 20 bucks.

First time here.. The brocolli soup was amazing. And the E'deli burger is from another planet. And of course the customer service is great! Saved place as my favorite.

Over all an ok experience. We surprised to find out that they don't have the soft serve ice cream any longer. It is the main reason my family goes. Instead we were told to ask for cookies upfront. The white macadamia cookie was stale and the chocolate chip was the star of a 50 cent piece. But my wife's sandwich was good and my potato was decent. Normally they are much better than they were this time.

Always a family favorite. Never had anything I didnt like. Clean and very friendly staff.

I liked the menu. Big variety and not your usual sandwiches. The chicken potpie was good. They also give you free icecream. I took away one star because walking in it's unclear where you are supposed to order. They have to go registers and eat in ones. They also have a glass case where you can see the bread, meat, cheese and toppings which I liked but the register is before the case. Such a waste of a nice glass counter. After we finished eating we had to ask another customer if we take up the dishes or do they clear them. Also do you tip?.. we weren't sure.

Great food, consistent with Jason's Deli franchise! The salad bar has all my favorites and I can rely on JD to make a good meal experience, even if I'm just getting a sandwich.The only area I can see for improvement is the ice cream machine -- when the ice cream is dark and grainy. The chocolate should be light and creamy. We bring the kids here for this reason alone, so it's a drag when that aspect is not maintained properly.
